easily my favorite.
Marilyn Monroe was a REAL SIZE 12 for many years, she was skinny in her 20s but in her 30s she was a real 12… :)
that girl isn’t a 12… more like an 8. and the girl on the right is more like a 2-4.
And men have different preferences, some will prefer the woman on the left, and a lot of men will prefer the woman on the right, if we’re being honest.. Attraction (and the range of shapes/sizes women come in) isn’t simple enough to lump into 3 categories.
^^ agreed. every man is different.
im a size 8 and without wishing to criticise anyone im not as curvy as the size 12 woman who supposedly looks like a size 8!
izzzat so, guys?
guy (8:40:23 PM): yeah
guy (8:40:23 PM): LOL
guy (8:40:28 PM): too skinny = gross
guy (8:41:34 PM): id like some meat on my girls

Yes! You are all Beautiful!
As I was browsing tumblr I came across this post:
“I gained 7lbs and I weigh 95 pounds now. It doesn’t look noticeable since I’m 5’1 but still, that’s gross ew ew ew.”
Firstly, let me say that it’s unhealthy to weigh that much if you’re a teenager. Truth be told, to be underweight looks much more unattractive; you’re basically skin piled on top of bones. I know this from my own experience and I don’t understand what’s so great about being skinny. You’re ass is bones, and your tatas look underdeveloped. Seriously, why do people think that they have to look like a model to be beautiful?
Everyone is beautiful in their own unique ways, accept who you are. And true beauty comes from within; if you have a beautiful heart, it will shine through. Have confident in yourself, don’t worry so much about how you look, and most importantly take care of your body. If you believe you are beautiful than you are beautiful.
But what makes me sad is that society thinks “skinny” = beautiful.
“I didn’t eat for a week! I’m so strong, I must keep going.” Sure, you’re strong for keeping that up. But in reality, without the proper nutrition, without food, your body is getting weaker and weaker, leading to all sorts of problems.
Yes, I’m a girl and of course, I admire a slim figure. A healthy, slim figure.

Tone stomach with a hint of abs > thinspo/hip bones
“You know why she has a boyfriend? Because she’s skinny.
You know people love her? Because she’s skinny.
You know why she’s sexy? Because she’s skinny.”
I’m pretty sure guys find a healthy, slim body much sexier than a body with bones sticking out. To be honest, some girls look much more attractive before losing all those weight. Hilary Duff, for example.
Demi Lovato, yes, she gained weight and personally, I think she looks much more beautiful now. She has an eating disorder; she used to perform on stage on an empty stomach, she starved herself. But now, she’s healthy and she’s in a great shape.
All these young girls on tumblr reblogging pictures of anorexic girls make me want to cry. Girls as young as thirteen years old are starving themselves. Their bodies are in good shape and yet, they still hear how hideous and fat they are.
There are people out there dying because they don’t have enough food and here, people are purposefully starving themselves because they think they’re not beautiful enough.
And don’t assume I don’t know “how it feels.” You don’t think I’ve been told I’m fat? You don’t think I’ve been told to lose weight? You don’t think I’ve cried myself to sleep, tried giving up food? You don’t think I wished I was “as gorgeous as her”?
I know how it feels. That’s why I want to be somebody’s support. I want to help someone stay strong before they feel like they’re about to fall. I want to help them stay strong enough to help somebody else.
Be confident in your body; be confident in yourself.
(I know, I have a post similar to this already)
(Ugh, where’s my best friend to take the words out of my mouth when I need her? She can put everything I want to say in less than a novel)
this is the stupidest thing I’ve seen today. Skinny girls may not eat, (And i’m not saying “skinny” as in “Oh you’re so skinny I want to be a size 2”) I mean painfully skinny like I can play your bones like a glocenshpiel and men fear you’re pelvic bones might actually cut them while they’re banging you. Pretty and Skinny aren’t the same. They’re not the same at all. Sometimes they are hand in hand, but sometimes they’ve never met. Shut up internet (by that I mean, girls who make up the internet and use the excuse that media makes them think this way).
Now that’s a healthy body. You can tell she works out because of her abs.
I reblogged this from searching up ‘thinspiration’ because I wanted to make post after seeing a thirteen year old girl reblogging pictures of extremely thin, sick looking girls.
I understand if you have a condition but most of you girls are perfect the way you are. What is “average” anymore? One of the thinspiration blogs have girls that are practically anorexic. Back in the days, having meat was considered beautiful. It meant you could afford to eat, it meant you weren’t sick. What has happened now?
There are people out there dying because they don’t have enough food and here, people are purposefully starving themselves because they think they’re not beautiful enough. If you want a healthy body, eat right and work out. Don’t starve yourself. It’s not good for your health. Your body size does not define who you are. Be confident in your body; be confident in yourself.
