So make sure to relax a bit and don’t be too hard on yourself. Won’t be good in the long run. :)

I’ve noticed I’ve been snacking on too many sweets lately, even after I told myself I would stop. I feel like I’m this close to getting diabetes.
More water. More fruits. More veggies!!!
